Camporee 2008 at Camp Pendleton was fantastic. The theme was Eco Challenge and with the heat everyone was very challenged! OA came to the rescue with breakfast, lunch and snow cones all day. All of the events were needed to make clear the number one patrol in El Camino Real - Troop 35 - the Wolves. The Spirit Bear went home with Troop 12. Here are some pictures and movies of Camporee 2008

Mission:
Scouting is a team activity at the boys level, under adult leadership. The unit's leadership is given support by an adult team at the district level.
The mission of the El Camino Real District is to ensure all our units have the required resources to provide the quality program our boys need to achieve the aims of scouting. This will be accomplished by recruiting responsible, motivated adults who want to make a difference in the lives of boys, and then providing them with quality training and experience that will help them provide leadership to these boys. We are here to help you with your units' recruitment, registration, outings, and fundraising, and to provide training, mentoring and coaching.
