Tour Permits are required for all Scout activities other than normal unit meetings, therefore         Eagle Scout Projects must have a National Tour Permit on file for each workday and fund raising activities.  Copies are to be included in the supporting materials submitted with the application and the workbook.  Refer to the OC Council Procedures List for Eagle Scouts Section C, #4.
