Our Mission
Scouting is a team activity at the boys level, under adult
leadership. The unit's leadership is given support by an adult team at the district
level.
The mission of the El Camino Real District is to ensure all our
units have the required resources to provide the quality program our boys need to achieve the
aims of scouting. This will be accomplished by recruiting responsible, motivated adults who
want to make a difference in the lives of boys, and then providing them with quality
training and experience that will help them provide leadership to these boys. We are here to help
you with your units' recruitment, registration, outings, and fundraising, and to provide
training, mentoring and coaching.
